Fresh was founded in 2010 and opened as a two-person estate agency in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. An initial objective was to be unique from competitors and to be known in the local area for doing things differently.
Fresh become members of The Property Ombudsman.
Became members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and as a result are networked with over 800 Estate Agent offices in the country.
Started advertising at The National Property Centre, Park Lane, London through The Guild office which includes interactive window displays.
2012 saw the production of the Fresh’s property and life magazines to promote the vast range of properties available for sale and to let within the area.
Fresh opened an in house lettings and property management department.
2013 saw the first unique London Property Roadshow held at the National Property Centre, Park Lane, London.
The Directors at Fresh all passed exams through The National Federation of Property Professionals.
Fresh become one of few licensed Estate Agents in the area by becoming members of The National Association of Estate Agents.
2014 marks a change in branding for Fresh.
Fresh opened its second office in the borough of Thurrock in Essex, this time in Grays town centre, to become Thurrock’s natural choice of Estate Agent for consumers.
In 2014 Fresh won the prestigious Thurrock Business Awards for best new company.
Fresh opens a brand new office in Kings Parade, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex which is bigger and more eye catching than their former High Street start-up office.
In 2016 Fresh opened its brand new flag ship branch in Basildon, Essex. It’s from Basildon where a number of support staff are based specialising in customer service, administration work, Property Management, after-sales progression and company co-ordinating which provides a vital back up service enabling our front offices to focus on what they do best: selling and letting property!
