Qualifying Your Tenant



Once a tenant is found and we have negotiated a price which is satisfactory for our client, we then begin our in depth referencing and qualification process.This process takes approximately 3 working days, and providing the results come back satisfactory, a move in date is agreed.

Legal Obligations



We make sure our landlords fulfil all their legal obligations from Energy Performance Certificates, gas safety certificates to the deposit protection scheme. You’re in safe hands.
